This Privacy Policy describes how DAQ Solutions LLC, doing business as DAQ Works ("DAQ Works," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our services, including any software platforms, websites, or communication tools we operate (collectively, the "Services").

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business address provided when you use our Services or communicate with us.
  • Transaction Data: Service records, purchase history, and payment information associated with transactions processed through our platform.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you access our web-based Services.
  • Business Information: Information about your business operations, inventory, and service history as entered into our platform.

SMS and Text Message Communications

Mobile Data Sharing Policy: No mobile information — including your phone number and any data associated with your SMS opt-in — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. This data will not be sold to lead generators or data brokers under any circumstances.

When you provide your phone number through a DAQ Works-powered point-of-sale system operated by one of our client businesses (such as Peak Automotive Group), you are opting in to receive transactional SMS messages from that business. These messages may include:

  • Digital receipts for services rendered
  • Service completion notifications
  • Links to view or download your service records

Message frequency: Transactional messages are sent on a per-visit basis. You will receive one message per service visit in which you provide your phone number and consent to receive a digital receipt.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also contact us at hello@daqworks.com to request removal from any messaging list.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and improve our Services
  • Send transactional communications you have opted into, including digital receipts via SMS
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate service records

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Client Businesses: If you interact with a DAQ Works-powered system operated by a client business, that business may have access to your transaction and service records within their account.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if necessary to protect the rights and safety of DAQ Works, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction and service records may be retained for up to seven years for business and tax purposes.

Your Rights
