These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by DAQ Solutions LLC, doing business as DAQ Works ("we," "us," or "our"), including the DAQ Works shop management platform, our website at daqworks.app, and our SMS receipt delivery program. By using any of our services, whether as a client business or as an end customer of a client business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DAQ Works is a shop management and point-of-sale platform operated by DAQ Solutions LLC. Our client businesses use DAQ Works to manage their operations, process transactions, and communicate with their customers. End customers interact with DAQ Works when they receive digital receipts or access receipt links sent on behalf of a client business.
DAQ Works includes an optional SMS receipt delivery feature. When enabled by a client business, end customers may receive text messages containing links to their digital service receipts. By providing your phone number and consenting to participate, you agree to the following:
Program Name: DAQ Works Digital Receipts
Message Sender: DAQ Solutions LLC on behalf of participating service businesses
Message Frequency: One (1) text message per service visit
Message Content: The name of the servicing business and a link to view your digital receipt
Cost: No charge from DAQ Works or the servicing business. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
Opt-In: You opt in to receive SMS receipts by providing your phone number at check-in via a staff-operated tablet and confirming your consent through the on-screen disclosure before your number is recorded. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out in person at the servicing location.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Receipt links sent via SMS are intended solely for the recipient. Each link provides access to the service receipt for a specific transaction. Receipt links remain active for 12 months from the date of service. We recommend saving or printing your receipt if you need a permanent record. We are not responsible for inability to access receipts due to expired links, device incompatibility, or network issues.
Client businesses using DAQ Works are responsible for:
The DAQ Works platform, including its software, design, and content, is the property of DAQ Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client businesses are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use DAQ Works for their business operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAQ Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, website, or SMS receipt program. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or undelivered messages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us by the applicable client business in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAQ Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Rockwall County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
